4 tblsp. olive oil
6 tblsp. soy sauce
2 tblsp. lemon juice
4 tblsp. sherry
1 large onion, sliced thin
ground pepper
oregano
thyme
Mix all the ingredients (except the onion) and pour over the lamb.
Then cover the meat with the onion slices and refrigerate. (Turn
the meat in the marinade every now and then.)
